Fancy Friday...Fall Fashion

I don't know about y'all but I'm getting good and ready for fall.  The temps have been much more comfortable here this past week with highs in the upper 70's and there has even been a bit of chill to the mornings and evenings.  Ahh...


Not much longer now until we'll be slipping into our soft, cozy sweaters and boots.  Oh, how I love me some boots and although I haven't yet taken time to pour through all the fall fashion issues of my magazines yet I did see on Piperlime that poncho sweaters are back in this year! 


And that right there was enough to get me all excited about fashion again because I love me a cute poncho almost as I love a good pair of boots...

Old Navy Cropped Wool Blend Peacoat
I must have this happy yellow peacoat. It comes in seven colors and they're calling this one 'Cheetah'.  Hmm...I never saw a yellow cheetah.  Maybe they meant to say 'Canary'!  Either way, it has definitely made my top 10 wish list for Fall.

I'm not sure what it is exactly about this bag because honestly, it's not what I'd normally go for but I am loving on this thing hard!  Say it ain't just me.

Looks like the infinity scarf is back this year.  Loving this striped one I found at Land's End Canvas.  Comes in 3 different color combinations.

I hear bell bottom jeans are also all the rage this year and I couldn't be happier about that because sometimes my skinny jeans make me want to cry. or hit something.  Hopefully, I can find a pair of jeans to fit right this year without putting in hours and hours in every fitting room in town. Gah, jeans are so personal, aren't they?  Did that even make sense?  


Anyway, that's all I have for today.  Maybe I'll get a chance to tear through those fashion issues before next Friday.
